Imaginative Art created in the Minnesota Northwoods.

Living her life in northern Minnesota, Sue has found her inspiration in its rugged beauty. She finds watercolor to be a fascinating medium – especially using a combination of watercolor and collage to form scenes from the north woods. Sue teaches watercolor workshops and is a member of the local Arrowhead Art Club, and she says “Being an artist is a continual learning process, and I’m enjoying the journey immensely.”
Sue teaches watercolor workshops - relaxing one-day retreats held at the Historic Scott House near Carlton, Minnesota. Please contact Sue at suebrownchapin@gmail.com for information on upcoming workshops.
